Napalm Cobras is a Speedrock band founded in 2021 in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, formed by Uander Trajano (Drunk Demons, Evil Matchers) on vocals and bass, Luiz "Gringo" Bueno (Evil Matchers, Bando Selvagem, Crackodiles, Dead Goblins) on guitar and vocals; and Lucas Chavo (Evil Idols, Estática) on drums. With influences from Metal and Punk, the band presents a unique and intense sound that goes from the cynicism of Crust to the melody of Blues.
At the end of 2022, Napalm Cobras recorded its first EP, entitled "Homens Brancos de Terno", at Moai Studio in Belo Horizonte, under the supervision of Fabricio Borges and Débora Coimbra. Mixing was handled by Felipe Sad, while mastering was carried out by Joona Lukala, at the Noise for Fiction studio in Tuulissuo, Lieto, Finland.
The band's EP has lyrics that address themes such as indignation, thirst for the unknown and even a harsh ballad, which are part of its lyrics. The songs sound like an alert in the midst of the chaos that we live in, like a sigh of anxiety for the unexpected or the eagerness to live a little more in danger.
Napalm Cobras debuted on the stages of Belo Horizonte, in traditional venues such as A Obra and Casa Matriz. Now, the band has concerts scheduled in São Paulo and plans to perform in several cities across Brazil, promoting their work and taking their message of their explosive and provocative lyrics.
