Wilki was a Polish alternative rock and pop rock group from Warsaw, formed in 1991. The band was founded by Robert Gawliński. The group released the debut studio album Wilki in 1992. The album sold over 220,000 copies and included the recordings "Son of the Blue Sky" and "Aborygen". In 1993, the group released the album Przedmieścia, featuring the recordings "Nie zabiję nocy" and "Moja Baby". The band became inactive in 1995 and resumed activity in 2001. The group released the album 4 in 2002, which reached Number One on the Polish charts. The recording "Baśka" received the Fryderyk award for Song of the Year. The band released the albums Watra (2004), Obrazki (2006), Światło i mrok (2012), Przez dziewczyny (2016), and 26/26 (2018). In 2003, the group received the Superjedynki award for Group of the Year. Adam Żwirski died in 1991. Marcin Szyszko died in 2013.
