Yodh /jɔdd/ is an electronic live act duo from Cologne, founded in 2023 by Pierce (Piers Treude) and Jules (Julian Laun). Their sound exists somewhere between downtempo, progressive grooves, and techno-infused atmospheres, yet it refuses to be neatly categorized. Drawing from across the electronic spectrum, Yodh blends dreamy textures, playful melodies, the occasional acid line, and even a touch of pop sensibility — always evolving, never confined.
With releases on Serafin Audio Imprint, Baikal Nomads, and most recently Underyourskin Records, the duo has quickly made a name for themselves in the underground scene. Their productions and live sets range loosely between 100 and 115 BPM, crafting immersive soundscapes that pull listeners in and keep them there.
At its core, Yodh is about creative freedom — a sound designed to evolve without limits. Whether hypnotic or high-energy, their music is always driven by instinct, emotion, and a refusal to follow the rules.
