Brigitte Blanchard is an artist from New Orleans, currently based in Los Angeles. While attending classes at university for classical violin, Brigitte started taking songwriting courses and enjoyed the process of writing and the way it offered an opportunity to connect with people.
The Underwater EP marked a way to combine Brigitte's two interests: folk lyrics and indie electronic production. Mixing atmospherics with delicate vocal delivery and emotional lyrics, she creates a sonic world you can inhabit, if only for a few minutes.
