DAN GALEA is a Toronto Based Producer/Writer/Comedian who has a boutique production company called DG SPECIAL PRODUCTIONS. He has done shows in Montreal, LA, Toronto, New York and Vancouver. He has worked with some of the top names in Canadian and American Comedy Including Don Ferguson, Judah Freidlander, Will Sasso, Jason Priestly, The Kids in The Hall, Baroness Von Sketch, WWE Superstars and many more. Dan was a founding member of the award winning sketch troupe The Sketchersons, Producer/Head writer of the The Boom, and he was the producer and creator of Primo. Before covid he also hosted and produced a variety of unique shows including Fireside Tales, The Garage Show, Tulip Variety Show and Comedy on the river. He’s been on tv too, on shows like The Kids in The Hall Reboot, Baroness Von Sketch, Odd Squad, Rookie Blue, Private Eyes, Jett, The Amazing Gayl Pile, Much Music’s Video On Trial, Comedy Central's Crawford, Cocktails, True Dating Stories, Cock’d Gunns, Comedy Bar (The Show) and Pure Pwnage! Dan also recently won a Canadian Comedy Award for Best Comedy Short for his short Being Andy Serkis.
