Živo Blato, a Croatian heavy metal group founded in Split in 1997 by folk/rock singer Siniša Vuco, was known for its unique stage names and provocative themes. The group initially consisted of Vuco as General Vasilij Mitu on guitar, vocals, piano, and lyrics, Mirjan Jovanović - Tošo as Veseli Sir on drums, and Mr. Rabbit on bass guitar. Their debut concert took place in 2000 in Split. The group released their first album, Konac konca, in 2000. In 2011, two female backing vocalists, Nazifa Gljiva and Trudna Tableta, joined the band, adding a new dynamic to their performances. This was followed by a live album, Live in Zagreb 2012, in September 2012.
