Abhi Ananda is an Indonesian-born singer-songwriter, instrumentalist, and composer based in Los Angeles. He relocated to the United States to pursue his dream and expand his music career. He is notably known for his straight-forward but hooky melodic lines, adventurous arrangement, and versatility to write in many genres or styles. Currently, he is exploring film music and preparing album materials for his band. Ananda is one of a very few musical artists who doesn't have any profiles on major social media platforms. He believes that having social media will make it difficult for artists to be authentic and true to themselves.
Exulansis is his debut professional album. The theme of this self-produced album is a journey to clarity and self discovery. The album is a manifesto of Ananda's intention to publish his works as a solo artist and not mix them with his band project. He wants this album to encourage and to inspire his listeners to embrace life with courage, acceptance, and positivity.
