At his first public appearance and surprising visit at the Swiss Music Awards, it was immediately apparent what great potential Whitepumpkin has. With interviews, photo sessions, fan signings and spontaneous inclusion in the show, he was the center of attention at the event. Now everyone is looking forward to his first song.
On Jan. 20, 2023, Whitepumpkin released his first song on Loudkult, one of the largest and most prestigious streaming labels in the world.
After one week, the song recorded almost 20,000 streams and is on playlists such as Spotify's coveted "Beats of Tomorrow".
Whitepumpkin: "«There's a future, there's a love» this is a line from my song «Ocean's Gate» which fits perfectly with my first release, what I want to convey as Whitepumpkin. We get too much bad news every day and it paints a bleak picture of the future. The other song line, «And we'll set sail on the waves,» is a call that despite all the circumstances, we can build a wonderful future together."
Together with Ruuben and internationally successful songwriters Daniel Volpe and Charlie Mason, this upbeat, encouraging dance song was created.
