A perfect bridge between organic & electronic music.
Max Degrand was born in French Alps in 1999 and started his music journey at 12 y.o. with drumming in the music school. During this time, he discovered his passion for music, the beat and the plurality of styles. In addition to it, Belgian clubs in the countryside where a melodic deep house was cultivated, let him find himself there.
Already at the age of 15, as he realized that he wanted to share what this music made him feel, he began to do his first mixes as an amateur and just the year after he equipped himself with makeshift turntables and started working.
Being 16 y.o Max revealed himself to the general public as a DJ and was one of the first artists that brought melodic house and techno to Lille ́ clubs which made him chase 320 dates in just 2 years, increasing the schedule every day.
During that time he played at the Magazine club, the Baron club, the famous H2O club (Pecq, Belgium) and at the Barcy Cosy (Mouscron, Belgium). Soon he found himself sharing the turntables with Solemn Eye (Belgium) and Nico Morano (Belgium).
Max marked those dancefloors with his young imprint and orientated his style towards melodic techno often accompanied by transcendent vocals.
After multiple DJ tours through London and Ibiza, he set up his studio in Malta at the age of 20. These globetrotter experiences were lulled by organic music with Latin American shamanic inspirations.
Right now his productions translate a bridge between the organic pen and melodic techno. Max studies the frequencies a lot and uses them as a base and line of conduct in his pieces which offers a deep and intense experience for the listener on all the levels of comprehension (mind, body, soul).
This search for new music aroused the interest of several international artists with whom he shared his studio in Malta to collaborate together. Among them are Albano Bastonero (Argentina), Pascale Voltaire (Germany) and Cattaree (UAE).
The year 2022 he started with a big tour through the best clubs of Zurich and Lucerne (Switzerland), Lille (France) and Dubai (UAE) with Pascale Voltaire which opened the door for the entire world to experience the sense of music on the other level.
The intention of his music is to let people connect with themselves and others on a deeper level, to let them activate their inner voice and all the chakras for the most balanced being while feeling unlimited love and joy, vibing on the dancefloor.
This is where Max ́s focus is going to deepen in his music production, while developing the project with each performance and tour around the world
