urista digital is an ambient-based project from Carlos Durán, a young artist from Valdivia, Chile. He experiments and builds landscapes that can be noisy and weird-feeling as they can be soothing, like a blurred dream. His debut EP, peste gris, is coming out on August 20th.
peste gris is the debut EP of turista digital. It will be released on August 20th, 2022. The 6-songs record, takes you into a journey from brilliant noisy synths, to harsh metallic pounding objects.
It was recorded on a 4 month lapse, each track being made and recorded esporadically during that time. In August, he thought he had enough material to release an album, and after cutting some tracks, he made it.
