KiNK

KiNK (real name Strahil Velchev) is a Bulgarian house and techno producer, DJ, and live performer. Emerging from Sofia’s underground in the mid-2000s, he gained recognition for his raw, groove-heavy productions on labels like Running Back, Rush Hour, and Ovum. His tracks fuse analogue grit with playful experimentation, striking a balance between dancefloor function and left-field invention. His breakthrough came with the Rachel EP (2010, Ovum), followed by standout releases like Hand Made (2012, Rush Hour), which showcased his raw, playful approach to house and techno. Other highlights include the euphoric "Perth" (2017) and modular workout "Chorus" (2017), culminating the Home (2021) and Hyper Epic EPs (2022). Time : Freedom, a collaboration with Rachel Row, came out in 2024.
