Bertini Kakanakou, also known by his stage name Bwiz Lafinal, plunged into the world of music at the age of 12. However, his passion for art began long before, with dance performances and musical interpretations in bars and at cultural days. His artistic career thus got off to an early start, testifying to his precocious devotion to creative expression... He began music as part of the teenage band "tree6", featuring members such as Conex, Don, and others, before going solo in 2019.
Alongside his artistic career, Bwiz Lafinal has earned a professional degree in computer science with an Internet and Multimedia option, as well as a Master's degree in business management with a Digital Marketing and Communication option.
His unique musical style blends rap and Afrobeat, exploring linguistic diversity with Fon, Minan, French and English. His music, both danceable and lyrical, tackles themes such as love, sensuality and life's inspirations.
In 2022, he shared the stage with other artists, including Didi B, DIBI DOBO , DJ Peet, and Vano baby, at the Festi-Chill festival organized by the Rond point label. In 2023, he took part in the Dallas Hip Hop festival, putting on an original show alongside underground artists.
More recently, Bwiz Lafinal gained notoriety by taking part in Xtime's challenge, impressing with a creative video and an original freestyle. He also caught the attention of Amir el Presidente, of CCC fame, cementing his promising place in the music industry .
The name "Be Wise" (Bwiz) reveals a deep meaning, urging young people to stay wise and focused. His DA underlines the need to leave vices behind in order to achieve wisdom.
