Omotola Ijaola, known as Fewa, is a Nigerian R&B singer-songwriter whose music blends soulful storytelling with rich melodies. Her journey into music began at the age of 9, influenced by her father’s love for R&B, Pop, Rock, Jazz, Neosoul, and Country.
Fewa launched her professional career in Kaduna, writing and recording hooks for local artists. While studying Chemistry at Bayero University Kano, she won a major campus talent hunt, solidifying her presence in the local music scene.
In 2022, she released her two-pack project, Serenity, featuring Drown, which amassed over 70,000 streams across platforms, charting in over 139 countries and featured in over 450 playlists as an independent artist.
Her collaborations include working with Afroselecta on Driller and Vanilla Part 5 (No Conditions ), as well as featuring on GOD & AED (Halleluyah). Recognized in Whipmusic, she was described as a "timeless vocalist", known for her elegance and profound artistry.
