Salsa Kids, a Puerto Rican musical group formed in 1993 by Omar Rodríguez, Esteban Tollinchi, and Ángelo Jovet. The trio blended salsa with pop, merengue, vallenato, and other Latin rhythms, achieving immediate success with their debut album Salsa Kids (1994), which included hits like "La Magia de tus 15 años" and "Dime que sí". Their energetic performances led to a successful tour across Latin America. Ángelo Jovet left in 1998, and Laz Herrera joined for the release of Nadie nos va a detener (1998), featuring the notable track "Déjame un beso". The group disbanded after releasing Serie Millennium 21 (1999). In 2007, Omar Rodríguez and Esteban Tollinchi reunited with Jomar Colón to release Baila conmigo (2007). Throughout their career, Salsa Kids received numerous awards, including the Golden Orchid of Venezuela and the Key to the City of Miami.
