Throughout the ages, the Lebanese Maronite Order, since its founding in 1695 and throughout the last centuries, has carried the legacy of the syro-antiochene Maronite Church, with hymns and prayers that filled the monasteries. They were sung by holy monks and nuns, such as Saint Charbel, Saint Rafqa, Saint Neematallah and Blessed Estephan. The Order has always worked towards handing down its ancient liturgical and musical heritage in order to make it accessible to everyone of the faithful in the Maronite Church in Lebanon and the countries of expansion.
