Jedha is the latest musical venture from William Ryan Key and Ryan Mendez. After nearly 20 years touring the world together in platinum selling band Yellowcard, the pair have embarked on a journey that steers them far from their rock and roll origins. A multifaceted musical endeavor that sees them exploring ambient electronica, the music is a pulsing blend of soft piano, vivid beds of synths, strings, and intriguing percussive loops.
Alongside working on a first full length album, Jedha completed their first feature score for the film ‘Dinner Party’, written and directed by actor Christopher Naoki Lee. The film is in the final stages before being submitted to festivals this year and the OST created for it by the duo will be released in the future. In the meantime the pair continue to work on their debut full length on the back of their first release, the Dividing Pair EP.
