Karl Drummond better known by his stage name Fresharda, is a British Dancehall artist, songwriter and record producer of Jamaican and Barbadian descent.
Growing up listening to the vocal styling of Gregory Isaacs, Yellow Man, Beenie Man, Bounty Killer and Baby Cham, were influential in his decision to pursue a career in music.
Fresharda's music is a blend of dancehall, reggae and electronic music with extremely eclectic samples and more exotic styles. His rapid fire delivery and bass and rhythm driven production that is somewhat inspired by producers such as Dave Kelly and Dr Dre. Fresharda has an array of production projects and music in the pipeline 2014 should prove to be a breakout year for the young man from North London Following the Uk Riots in August 2011 He released a song entitled 20-1-1 in this song he calls for peace and unity and encourages young people to use education as a way to better themselves.
20-1-1 grabbed the attention of the nations media and was mentioned in the Guardian newspaper 20-11 was also featured on the EP entitled Cycle.
