Born and raised in the city and state of Poplar Bluff Mo, StevieG also know as Steven Montel Griffin knew by the age of six that he had an ear for music and was blessed to have a form of inherited music talent as well. His grandparents created a gospel singing group known as the Christian Echo's , which consists of other close family members (aunts uncles etc.) that had a common goal and shared the same passion which was making and singing music. A young Steven watched this during his childhood and grew to become very fascinated, and grew a strong passion for the same thing. Overtime he grew the hunger to start making his own music and started tapping into his own sound in the process. After the release of his anticipated album "Future Ready", he intends to push the envelope and see where his music leads him to next. It can't get more future ready than that!! ??
