After years out of the spotlight, PRIMATE is back with a new line-up (drums, bass, synths, trumpet, MC) and fresh tracks. This hybrid project blurs the lines between electro, psych rock, and rap, creating an intense sonic punch.
On stage, it’s raw energy, tight grooves, and urgent creativity. Four musicians mix their influences for a powerful sound, while the rapper switches between sharp lyrics and hard-hitting flow. PRIMATE delivers raw, unfiltered rap where punchlines hit as hard as the emotions.
Beyond the animal reference, the group explores human nature, its roots, and evolution. Active since 2007, PRIMATE has built a strong identity, blending commitment and deep themes (albums En voix d’extinction, Projet Darwin, Phenix).
PRIMATE is here to shake the airwaves, move the crowd, and leave a mark.
