Juan Sebastián Laverde, better known as Juanse, is a Colombian Pop singer. He gained recognition on the show La Voz Kids Colombia (2018), where he was part of Sebastián Yatra's team and ultimately crowned the winner of the competition. His debut release, Jaque Mate, under Universal Music Colombia, was produced in Mexico and written by Felipe Santos and Pablo Benito.
In 2021, Juanse resumed his artistic career as an independent artist, supported by his family, showcasing a more mature version of himself. He stayed true to his Pop style but with deeper lyrics that reflect his life experiences. To date, he has released 10 productions, with many more on the way. He received significant media coverage and widespread acclaim with Alma (2023 album), which featured 12 original songs, including Alma, Contacto 0, and Mariposa, which went viral on TikTok. Juanse has performed in over 200 national and international shows, notably in Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.
Now, he returns with a more tropical sound, blending Bachata and Merengue, evoking the feel of summer songs. Luna Llena is a Pop single fused with Latin dance rhythms.
