Leohnart, beatmaker and composer of exuberant imagination, puts forth a music that is at
once introspective, ethnic, powerful and pensive. As a lover of nature, he enjoys cultivating
and recharging his creativity from and through the simplicity of the natural world.
This bold and curious artist draws inspiration from world musics, absorbing and diluting
them in turn to produce his own musical universe, one which offers the listener a moment of
calm repose and evasion. Accompanied by his MPD and keyboard, Leohnart guides his
listeners as they travel through his blend of samples and compositions, producing melodies
that are at once mesmerizing and tranquil.
After having released his self-produced first album entitled “Back to the Sources” in France,
this artist, with a passion for electronic music, now resides in Montreal. Here, he has been
enriching himself culturally, but above all, as a human, while embracing and welcoming the
new adventures and experiences the city has to offer.
