Andy McCutcheon is a singer-songwriter best known for his work with The Skeptics, a fixture in the DC/Baltimore psychedelic garage punk scene during the mid 80s. He has since released numerous solo albums and EPs that blend his signature pop sensibility with darker psychedelic and experimental undertones. Since moving to Los Angeles in 2001, Andy's music has been featured in numerous films and TV shows, including the film adaptation of Richard III, staring David Carradine, and Showtime’s Californication, staring David Duchovny. His 2021 song-O-month campaign culminated with the release of his current album, Don't Mess with Melancholy. His other project, Pair of Dust, with his daughter Garland, released their debut EP, Poems, on October 9, 2022.
