The Pretty Wild

The Pretty Wild are an American alternative rock and metal band from Las Vegas, Nevada, formed in 2021 by sisters Jyl Wylde and Jules (Julia) Wylde. Their music blends genres, incorporating elements of metalcore, alternative rock and country influences, creating a unique sound they describe as "metalphysical" or "y'allalternative". The Pretty Wild's music is characterized by its unclassifiable nature, combining powerful guitar riffs, melodic vocals and introspective lyrics. Their songs often explore themes of rebellion, authenticity and emotional struggle, resonating with an audience in search of musical depth and intensity. Released in August 2023, the four-track EP Trigger Warning was followed by several singles including "Only Fans" and "Roswell" the same year, then "Sleepwalker", "Black Ops (m@n!a)" and "Vessül (Singular!ty)" in 2024. After a collaboration with Kittie and Diamante for the single "The Unforgiven", taken from the soundtrack of the film Queen of the Ring, The Pretty Wild released the single "Button Eyes" in 2024.
