Tania Saleh is a Lebanese singer-songwriter and visual artist known for her innovative blend of Arabic music with folk, jazz, alternative rock and electronic influences. A prominent voice in the contemporary Arab indie scene, she uses her lyrics to tackle social and political issues with honesty and depth. With a career spanning over more than two decades, she has earned a reputation for her bold lyrics, socially conscious themes, and innovative sound. Her multidisciplinary approach complements her music with striking artwork, creating a distinctive and deeply personal artistic universe. With several critically acclaimed albums and collaborations with renowned regional and international artists including Ziad Rahbani, Fermin Muguruza, Matteo, Øyvind Kristiansen, Khaled Mouzanar, Lina Nyberg, Ibrahim Maalouf, Toufic Farroukh, Bugge Wesseltoft, Emel and Tarek Yamani. She continues to push creative boundaries while staying rooted in her cultural identity.
Her albums Intersection 2018 and 10 A.D. 2021 have won the German Record Critics’ Award. Her 9th album Fragile will be released on July 2, 2025.
