American hip-hop group Blahzay Blahzay, from Brooklyn, New York, formed in 1985. The duo, consisting of PF Cuttin' and Outloud, initially worked as producers for artists such as Masta Ace and Craig G. Their debut single "Danger" was released in 1995, featuring samples from tracks like "Come Clean" by Jeru the Damaja and guest appearances by Shyheim, Jay-Z, and Ol' Dirty Bastard. The song peaked at number 4 on the Hot Rap Tracks chart. Blahzay Blahzay published their first and only studio album Blah Blah Blah in August 1996, which reached number 22 on Billboard Heatseekers and number 34 on R&B Albums. Following this release, they continued to produce music, releasing the single "Pain I Feel" in 1996. They released EP Federal Reserve Notez in 1999. In 2000 Blahzay Blahzay recorded a track entitled "Dat Sh-t" with French rap group Triptik.
