Swedish pop and schlager trio Herreys, consisting of brothers Per Herrey, Richard Herrey, and Louis Herrey, was formed in 1984. The group gained international recognition when they won the Eurovision Song Contest with "Diggi-Loo Diggi-Ley" on May 5th, 1984. At that time, Richard and Louis became the youngest-ever male winners of the contest. Following their Eurovision win, Herreys released several albums including Diggi Loo, Diggi Ley (1984), Crazy People (1985), and Not Funny (1985). They also achieved notable success with singles such as "Sing a Song" which reached number 2 in Sweden. The group toured extensively throughout the 1980s, performing over 300 live shows. In 1985, they won the Sopot International Song Festival with "Sommarparty". After an extended hiatus, they reunited for various performances including the intermission of a Swedish Melodifestivalen semifinal in 2002, the Eurovision Song Contest's Greatest Hits in 2015, and the end of the second semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Malmö, Sweden.
