Morgan Toureau was born on January 14, 1989 in Rochefort S/Mer, France and moved to the city of Angoulême in Charente when he was four years old. He is the son of self-employed parents whose mother is a musician on the accordion and piano. At a very young age, he took advantage of the piano at home on which he learned to play alone, but it was the drums that he wanted to devote himself to the most, starting with a drum kit made of brass beanbags and scales.
Later he will be lent a real drum set, he will join the Art Blakey music school in Angoulême where he will win several consecutive years of competitions in the Jazz category. Forced to stop playing music at the age of twelve... it is only ten years later that he decides to learn the guitar on his own, then he starts playing the piano and the drums again, but it will be short-lived, again forced to stop for professional reasons this time... it is at the age of 29 that he starts again alone in his studio, on his own, the piano and the drums and performs in contemporary jazz.
Thereafter, he will play with several music groups.
Creative, he decides to launch his first album [Self-taught Expression | 2021 LANDR], with his own instruments that he will play on the keyboard, his own recording system and his unique sound takes on the drums for each of his songs to bring a grain of live and vintage sound.
In 2022, after several accelerated training in the world of mastering, mixing, recording, Morgan turns to a POP style in which he sings. He composes (lyrics and sound) then produces this song with the collaboration of the singer Lolia [ My Soul Will Last released in March 2023 ].
