Lioth Cassoma, singer, composer and performer, originally from Luanda, born into a family of Christian musicians, began singing at the age of seven in the children's choir of the Pentecostal Evangelical Church of Angola (IERA). In 2009, she began her musical career with the release of the single entitled “Confio”.
Lioth has been one of the leading faces of gospel music in Angola, having won the “Best Gospel Song” award at Top Rádio Luanda (2010), the “Best Video Clip” award at Gala ML3 (2012) and the Troféu de Ouro in Brazil (São Paulo), in the International Artist category.
