BlackBantwana is a music super group who makes music primarily in isiXhosa. Originally from Eastern Cape, Mdantsane, the group consists of 7 members: Saux Easly, Sobz Alonso, Thobz, VI BITTZ, Vise, Blackk Lu & Carlee. Initially formed in 2018, the group is well known by its “MQIMBI” song which was produced by King Wave who is a consistent collaborator with the group. After a 2 year hiatus in the music scene the group is back with its latest offering “Umdabho Wethu, Vol. 1”, available on all digital platforms.
