Sweet Street Opera is a musical universe created by singer/songwriter, guitarist and producer, Edward Kionga-Kamau. Edward is an independent Kenyan artist living in France.
His world is a unique sound centred around rich melody, wordplay, and vocals, incorporating afro, pop, electro, and acoustic elements.
While growing up in Kenya, he learned guitar by listening to old cassettes from greats such as TPOK Jazz, and the Beatles.
