In Brighton, 1990, a bassist from Belfast formed Pharaoh House Crash. The song’s dystopian vision of a society where the firemen, watermen and policemen are on strike reminded him of growing up on the Falls Road during the Troubles. Debut single, Epic Dream (a song about global warming) came out in 1994 and with patience, perseverance and passion, follow up - the Backlash EP - was finally released in 2020.
