Sobespa, whose real name is Sébastien Lochon, was born on October 12, 2000 and is a DJ, composer, and music producer.
From Paris region, he started producing and mixing music at the age of 11 in his bedroom, but only began performing six years later at age 17. He released his first track, "Lost Art," on the "Red Islands Productions" label, followed by another track called "Falling Down," which was supported by David Guetta. Sobespa made his first club appearance on the Champs-Elysees. In 2018, Sobespa enrolled in an ECS preparatory class, but quickly relaunched his music career in 2021 by joining EDHEC Business School. The year 2022 was a turning point for him, as he released three new tracks in less than four months: "For Me" with Axell, "Closer to Me" with Colombian producer Jumi, which was released by "Semantic Sounds," and "Cover Me" with Pedma, which was released by Esprit Freestyle. In March, Sobespa mixed at the CCE (Course Croisière EDHEC) under a big top that brought together several thousand students, and saw the rapper SCH and DJ Le Pèdre perform on the same stage the following day. In April, he had the opportunity to mix at the Zenith in Lille as part of the OJO, and in August he participated three times in the VL Summer Tour. He also mixed at the Redlight in Monparnasse at the end of August before opening for Watermat in Dunkirk in early September.
