Born in martinique, the same day as Martin Luther King, Céline BARCLAY is a worldwide artist who sings in english, french and creole.
At 6, Céline BARCLAY started piano and at 8, she was singing in choirs where she shared the stage with Jocelyne Beroard from Kassav. Her references are Kali, Lauryn Hill, Jah9, Mavado, Damian Marley, Mary J Blige and Alicia Keys.
Later, she moved to Europe for her studies. There, she sang in gospel choirs on big stages like Zenith of Paris, Bataclan, Casino of Paris with famous artists like Kirk Frankiln, Yolanda Adams, Marvin Sapp, Liz Mc Comb and many others.
Her passion for traveling led her in the UK and Canada where she attended many great festivals that made her eager to start a solo career in 2018. During 2 years, she worked on her debut album "KEMBO" released in 2021.
Since her childhood, Céline BARCLAY has a passion for writing songs about love’s power, regeneration, infinity, thruth, afro culture and spitituality. She keeps getting into those subjects in her songs nowaday.
