Musically it sounds like a female Teddy Swims meets Hozier. The song was co-written by Alexis (a former songwriter for Kylie) who came back to music a year ago when she went viral over a tweet thread about her former pop career and managed to get her old Universal Records album released to great acclaim- 650k streams on Spotify alone and counting.
