he Red Collective is made up of an innovative group of elite producers and writers, Grammy winning Hollywood composers who have graced Billboard Charts with #1 remixes, shared stages with the likes of @Bob Dylan, @Sting and @Snakehips and wrote music for film, TV and brands such as Monster, HBO, Disney, Amazon, Netflix, BBC and CBS.
It all started during the Covid-19 pandemic, when Audiosocket hosted a “Writing for Sync” Masterclass which paired artists in collaborative pods. Hip Hop artists found themselves working with cinematic orchestrators and DJ’s found themselves paired with songwriters to make new music. The artists found value in the community and collaborations and their dynamic output was nothing shy of epic. And so, The Red Collective was born!
Too often, we draw lines between genres - but TRC is a group creating music without such restraint. TRC’s production style is reminiscent of an epic jamming session where ideas are sparked by experimentation. It’s a workflow summed up by the group’s mantra:
