Tetrafox is an American artist and YouTuber based in North Carolina, USA. He grew up listening to '70s-'80s music and more modern electronic music on the radio. His hobby for making music started at a young age and grew when he needed to make an intro for his YouTube channel in 2015, using a music-making program and app known as Music Maker Jam. He continues to use the app, but in 2018 he started using FL Studio to make more "professional" music. He started producing 80's-styled music with the program and got a keyboard and Ableton Live in 2019, and to this day still produces music with both.
He has a passion for making 80s-style music and electronic music, his two favorite genres, and began producing both kinds of music, eventually experimenting with combining the two. His sound can be described as 80s music with a modern, electronic twist.
When he is not making music, he plays video games with his friends and runs his YouTube channel. He hopes to be a video game artist someday and frequently uses Blender to make music videos for his songs.
His debut album Neon Age was released on the 10th of May 2021 and is a collection of all of his finished tracks in chronological order from 2019 to 2021. His second album, Reflections, was released on the 22nd of July 2021.
His favorite artist is Vitalic, who he credits as the artist that got him into electronic music and eventually inspired him to make his own. His other inspirations include Talk Talk and Yuck.
