Ok, I borrowed this quote from Mr. N Sparks but it sums it up nicely. I've been blessed in so many ways in my life but I've also been through depression and some real dark times. But, when things get bad, I truly believe music can be therapeutic & it certainly has helped me.
I performed on the finals of The X Factor once, waaay back (A fun but kinda traumatic experience!) & some of these tracks are from that time, but ALL these have been, at some point, the soundtrack to the journey of my life with its ups & downs, its trials & tribulations...
Of experiences lived, emotions felt & lessons learned.
All wrapped up in these songs.
