Born on January 5, 1959 in Speyer. Grew up near Aachen, later Darmstadt. Attended high school, trained as a guitarist at the Akademie für Tonkunst, Darmstadt as well as the Jazzakademie Darmstadt with Eddie Marron.
First as a stage musician and occasional composer at the Staatstheater Darmstadt (among other things, I felt 1500 performances of "The Persecution and Assassination of Jean Paul Marat), production and direction of a feature film with Eddie Constantine, Rainer Friedrichsen, Martin Driessen and others, which was never finished.
1985 to Frankfurt, there editor at the international film magazine "Filmfaust" with Bion Steinborn (later I advanced to deputy editor-in-chief). Parallel to this as editor at Skyline, and inventor of the trash format "Film Aktuell". In 1987, for relationship reasons, I moved to Wallachia, or more precisely: Constance on Lake Constance. Great area, but boring as hell. There, I wrote film reviews for the Südkurier, as well as for Skyline's sister magazine "Accent" and moderated for Radio Seefunk Bodensee. Masses of short stories written.
Lived half a year in Berlin (still original with wall), back to Frankfurt. Finally wrote a novel, but it took 10 years to get it published. Co-founded a computer games company. 2008 Relocation to a small town north of Ulm. Back to music! Published two albums so far, more are following. Published some books as well.
