Dejector is Newcastle-born, London-based producer Scott Nelson. Borne from isolation, Dejector’s heartfelt strain of electronica exudes both emotion and energy, inspired by the likes of TSHA, Fred again and Model Man. Magpie at heart, Scott samples the sounds of life around him and brings their meaning into his music whether it be the percussive train tracks of East Berlin, harmonic park birds of North London, or the atmospheric chatters of a rave.
A multi-instrumentalist with a passion for the UK underground; Dejector performs both DJ and live shows, already playing with the likes of Laurence Guy, Barry Can’t Swim, and Kloyd in his first year. Dejector is backed by Sian Eleri, Jaguar and Jess Iszatt of BBC R1/Introducing, as well as being named one of Ben Malone (KISS)’s ‘Fresh Five For 2023’.
