Hey there! My name is John Gibson and I'm a 25-year-old singer-songwriter, guitar player, and producer from Germany. Music is my life & my passion. It all started when I first heard Elvis Presley & Johnny Cash on the radio back in 2008. Since then, I am constantly trying to make & create as much music as possible. 2010 happened to be the year of my first little live concert (with my teenage band). I had the great pleasure of performing live a lot in the last few years. The pandemic took that away from all of us musicians but I really hope that concerts will come back very soon!
In 2020 I decided to open a small recording studio (www.sunset-production.com) to be able to record my own songs as well as to support other local artists. Unfortunately, a lot of them don't have the opportunity to record their music, that's one of the reasons why I want to help them out.
I released my debut album "Trip To Sunset Strip" in 2019. My first two singles "Love Station" & "Don't Take Me Away" came out in 2020, followed by my 5-song extended play record "Can You Remember?" later that year.
