Rahsaan "Adoni" Ison is the founder of Fourth Eye Tribe, a creative media company based in New Orleans, established in 2020 to foster collaboration among artists of color. With a rich musical legacy rooted in his great-grandfather's influence in the jazz community, Adoni began his artistic journey at 13, studying at a prestigious art conservatory where he focused on film, post-production, and scoring.
He has made a distinctive mark in the New Orleans entertainment scene as the first in his family to pursue a music career in the streaming era. Adoni’s collaborations with notable artists, including Jon Batiste and Tank and the Bangas, reflect his commitment to artistic excellence.
His participation in the Grammy Camp Class of 2016 at 17 was a significant milestone, leading to award-winning projects showcased at the Tribeca Film Festival and a Netflix distribution deal facilitated by Ava DuVernay. Today, Adoni is a voting member of the Recording Academy, continuously contributing to innovative projects that challenge creative boundaries. With a multicultural fanbase, he serves as a cultural ambassador, documenting the experiences of his generation through music and film.
