The Pine Leaf Boys is an American Cajun and Creole band from South Louisiana. The group includes Wilson Savoy (accordion, piano, vocals), Chris Segura (fiddle, vocals), Drew Simon (drums and vocals), Jean Bertrand (guitars), and Thomas David (bass). Inspired by traditional bands dating back to the 1920s, they perform classic Cajun and Creole music. Albums include La Musique (2006) and Blues de Musicien (2007), which received a Grammy Award nomination for Best Zydeco or Cajun Music Album. Other albums include Homage Au Passé (2008) and Danser (2013). The band received four total Grammy nominations and two Cajun French Music Association Awards. They performed extensively internationally, including multiple tours in Europe and a U.S. State Department Tour to the Middle East in 2009.
