Buried King is looking to claim the nu-disco throne in 2020. His latest record, 'Shout Some
More', is just hitting the Aussie dance scene and already getting support from artists
including Supermini, Andy Van, Mark Maxwell and Birdee.
Buried King finished the 2010s in a big way. His singles 'I Can’t Let You' achieved ARIA
chart success, and 'Trying to Chill' got over 100,000 Spotify streams. He supported a huge
range of acts including Fat Boy Slim, Boy George, Toddy Terry, Dr Packer, Mousse T, and
Dimitri From Paris to name a few. Buried King’s signature smooth as butter production
gained support from artists like Roger Sanchez, Mattei & Omich, Mike Mago, and
Moodena.
2019 was also the start of a new project for Buried King. Alongside Australian House Music
legend, Colour Castle, Buried King co-founded Disco Fiasco Records. The label moved
quickly releasing 3 compilation albums featuring both local and international nu-disco artists.
With the new record already out, Sydney’s disco-house monarch is planning for another
massive year. You can count on Buried King to bring the sauciest vibes and smoothest
grooves to get your body moving in the new decade.
