Tiago Peres was involved with singing and the ministry of the Word from an early age. The son of pastors, he always accompanied his parents at the International Church of Grace of God. At the age of six, he began his studies at the Villa-Lobos Music School, one of the most renowned in Rio. With musical talent in his veins and heart, soon came the burning desire to preach the Gospel. At age 11, he joined IIGD's Ministry of Praise, and at 14, following his father's example, he accepted a pastoral call. He lived for three years in the US with his family, who carried out the work of God there, and in 2010, back in Brazil, as a pastor, he took over the Ministry of Praise at the IIGD headquarters in Madureira.
Hence Tiago received another great mission, to accompany the Missionary R. R. Soares in the evangelistic campaigns. But this blessing was preceded by an unpleasant surprise. “I discovered two lumps in my throat. I talked with the Missionary, we made a purpose with God and I was healed through faith. According to the doctors, I would have had almost two years of speech therapy, but the problem disappeared in less than a month”, testifies Tiago.
Since then Tiago has traveled all over the world ministering the Word through music. Today, in addition to being a Levite, he is Executive Manager at Graça Music.
