Across the dive bars of Le Pigalle and the art houses of the 20th Arrondissement, four friends who embody the French spirit of Liberté, Egalité…and the right to party, come together from across the continent, to coalesce as Monitors. Their debut EP «The War Office» has already turned heads at the illustrious Rolling Stone magazine, with its deft blend of electro and post-punk tracks.
