Iyulskie Dni (eng. July Days) plays post-punk, and in this term, the emphasis should be placed on the word "punk". Having appeared at the dawn of the mass post-punk fashion in Russia, the band retained their own style from the very first days and continues to do so to this day.
July Days is such a romantic post-punk with sad eyes and a Strugatsky’s book in the inner pocket of a coat.
By the way, the name "July Days" is not accidental. The famous psychiatric hospital is located on the street of the same name in Nizhny Novgorod.
The reference to the name is also hinted at by existential lyrics, which are trying to find an answer to the age-old question - "What for and why?". But you and we know that this is a rhetorical question. And to find the July Days in yourself, it is not necessary to visit the July Days.
