Almirante Ramos is a music lover and co-founder of the Amor Fúria label, which alongside FlorCaveira led a new wave of Portuguese popular music for almost a decade. He was a cicerone and patron, he edited records, organised concerts, made music videos and imagined a new country. It was also with Amor Fúria that his first songs and projects appeared - O Verão Azul and A Praia Grande. In November 2020, he releases his first EP, 'Cinco Canções', and assumes the epithet Almirante and the surname as a nomination for his artistic endeavour. In May 2021, four remixes are released for the single "Volta". His first full-length album is a reinterpretation of a "lost" album by O Verão Azul, which was never released, called 'Fiéis ao Romance'. The songs and lyrics already existed, only one ("Fogo de Artifício") was made known. The reinterpretation was done solo, with the precious help of Gagliardini Graça, the producer, and the songs gained both in arrangements and individuality and the name of the album changed to 'Fiel ao Romance', a poetic narrative of a genuine romance in which through words and songs we can long for the place of the gods.
