Toronto-based sarod exponent Arnab Chakrabarty (b. 1980) spends his life exploring and creating Raga Music. Barely 40, he is one of the top ranking sarod players in the world today.
Trained in the orthodox Lucknow and Shahjahanpur schools of Sarod playing, Arnab has studied with luminaries like Dr Kalyan Mukherjea, Ustad Irfan Muhammad Khan and Pandit Buddhadev Dasgupta.
Arnab has been performing worldwide since 1998, and has toured over 35 countries and given more than 850 professional concerts.
