Florian Silbereisen

The German pop star, show host, juror and actor Florian Bernd Silbereisen was born and raised in Tiefenbach, Bavaria, on August 4, 1981. He learned to play the Styrian harmonica as a child. His debut single "Florian mit der Steirischen Harmonika" was released in 1991. The artist had his musical breakthrough in 1999 with his TV appearance on Carmen Nebel's show. In 2002, Florian Silbereisen began his career with the MDR show Mit Florian Hut und Wanderstock. This was followed by concert tours with Stefan Mross and Stefanie Hertel, among others. Since 2004, he has presented the folk music festivals on German television. He made his debut as an actor in 2006 as Florian König in the TV film König der Herzen. In the same year, Florian Silbereisen appeared in the musical drama Elisabeth. Since then, he has appeared regularly in TV productions. Florian Silbereisen has received several Goldene Henne awards, the smago! Award as well as the Super Crown of Folk Music in 2007 and Eins der Besten together with Thomas Anders in 2021. in 2015, he founded the successful pop trio Klubbb3 with Belgian Christoff De Bolle and Dutchman Jan Smit. In October 2018, the single "Sie sagte doch sie liebt mich" is released, a collaboration with singer Thomas Anders. The song reaches number 70 in the German charts. The singer releases the longplayer Das Album in summer 2020 and climbs to the top of the charts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The next album, Nochmal!, is released at the beginning of 2024.
