response songs. For over 25 years, Rachel has followed her life-long passion for all aspects of voice work.
Her voice studies include working with acclaimed bass-baritone Ingemar Korjus, and JUNO winner Jeri Brown. In Brazil she received instruction from living legend Rosa Passos, who gave her a thumbs-up.
Rachel’s performances show her love of languages, world musics, and a fondness for drama and dance. Notable venues include:

Rachel toured with the Panamérica Canção Project in 2013, alongside Evandro Gracelli (guitar) and Emilio Martins (percussion), in Ottawa and throughout the state of São Paulo.
Since the late 1980s, Rachel has been part of many vocal groups, including:

She has also fronted her own combos, including

Rachel’s previous recordings are Close to My Heart (2002), and The Dawning (2009). She is also featured as conductor and vocalist on Elise Letourneau’s Requiem for Fourteen Roses (2014).
